Yellow Level Responsibilities
To win the rewards of the Green Level, you are required to
perform the following steps establishing your business's presence in the
marketplace. You must increase your business income by develop your
identity and presence in the marketplace. This will give you the
recognition and credibility to grow. Listen to identify the opening in your
market. Aim to create the right identity in the market. Move to bring your
identity to a larger market. Claim the next level by
increasing your sales and community.
Yellow Level Checklist
- Learning: Complete Warrior Class - Part Two.
- Speaking: *Make a POSITIONING Presentation (1 hour+) on an
Affiliated Audience.
- Marketing: Complete Website Packaging Checklist.
- Sales: Order an inventory of books to sell at seminars.
- Writing: Submit a COMMENT for News (Warrior
Class) or training (Strategy
School) blogs.
- Participation: Ask a question during a Trainers teleconference.
- New Trainers: Give a reference to a trainer who applies to Institute.

Web Presence:
Set up your Web Marketing Package, with your promotional items to
capture visitor's names in your database and affiliate links to the Strategy
Store to generate a down-line of customers for commissions on web sales.
The goal is to start building your own web database and set of affiliated
customers.

Move
Into the Community: Start speaking in front affiliated groups
and local business associations. Contact local bookstores and offer a free
seminar on Sun Tzu's Art of War as a representative of Clearbridge
Publishing, to promote books sales through the store. This also creates a
local event for publicity.
The goal is to get speaking dates you can publicize and win your first
business training customers. |
Give
Your First Paid Training: You may have to do this first standard
training session at a discount, but your best initial target is a sales
organization for a local business. (See our Sales Show under
Presentations). View
the Sun Tzu Keys to Strategy video seminar at the
Strategy School. Make the presentation
pay by selling books to the company hosting the seminar and maybe having a team
contest during training and where winning team gets 30% discount on products,
for example, on-line Warrior Class training,
to generate more individual sales. Get feedback from audience members.
The goal is to get a local reference, and experience in a typical
business environment so you can get accredited. |

Start
Writing: Start writing comments to the Warrior Class Blog posts.
Start writing articles on Sun Tzu and strategy for local papers, magazines,
especially small and business papers. Start writing your book.
To get confidence, visibility, and feedback about your understanding of
strategy. |
