The
Opportunity Life Cycle
Our goal is to involve customers gradually and
keep them forever. Our programs involve clients and their people in a process
through which they
gradually build their strategic skills over time. This process has three steps. The goal of this
life cycle is not only to
get clients happily involved with our initial programs, but to keep them coming
back for more and more as we spread our training throughout their organization.

Visit on the front lines of
strategy for two hours. This introductory two-hour program comes with a
variety of themes tailored to different groups within the organization. It gives
attendees the ability to see their roles from the powerful perspective of
front-line strategy.

Train on the front lines of
strategy for a day. This is our all-day core session that trains people in
our core skill set of analyzing competitive situations and understanding how
positions are advanced. It gives attendees the ability not only to analyze
but to communicate their front-line strategy within the organization in a
powerful new way.

Live the
front lines of strategy every day. This is our continuing training
program. It includes membership in the Strategy School and a number of
optional live training modules that provide in-depth training in the various
special skill sets that make up front-line strategy. It also includes licensing
and training the client’s own internal organizational trainers. Every year, new
modules and Strategy School programs will be added to this section.
If you just want to get in and out, continually
finding new customers rather than continuing to work with existing ones,
our programs won’t be right for you.
