Our core philosophy teaches us that the easiest way to make sales progress is to avoid conflict and make it easy for people to buy. In our sales and marketing process, we follow these concepts exactly.

Avoid Conflict

We are adamant about avoiding direct competition with any other training or strategic consulting firm. Our training in classical front-line strategy makes all other forms of strategy more effective. Past or future decisions to invest in other forms of strategy training are to be applauded. Those programs increase the value of our training. We should partner with other training organizations whenever possible and do everything we can to promote them as our partners.

If you want to compete directly with these other forms of strategic training, our programs won’t make sense to you.

Become a Spokesperson

Master Trainers and Independent Trainers market their training primarily by giving presentations to business groups on the natural benefits of classical front-line strategy. This initial training is designed to open the eyes of the attendees to the need for a greater understanding of the value of strategy skills on the front lines of their organizations.

If you don’t think you can stand in front of businesspeople and put on a show good enough to leave them wanting more, this opportunity isn’t right for you.

Offer Strategic Assessments

The last part of our process is offering a Strategic Assessment to potential customers. This assessment consists of two simple tests: one that identifies the front-line impact of various roles within their organization and another that grades their level of strategic skills. These tests are an inexpensive way to measure the extent both of their need and of the improvement our training makes.

If you can’t make a strong case for making the investment in this assessment, this opportunity is not for you.
