- New Trainers: Give a reference to a trainer who applies to the Institute.
Award: Publicity Package
Green Level
- Learning: Complete Warrior Class Part Three.
- Speaking: *Make a TAILORED positioning presentation to a local business
or similar organization.
- Marketing: Complete Publicity Package Checklist.
- Sales: Average sales of $100 per month for three months.
- Writing: POST an article on news (Warrior
Class) or training (Strategy
School) blogs.
- Participation: Co-host during a trainer teleconference or other strategy
teleseminar.
- New Trainers: *Start promoting the SOSI Trainers' Program to others in
your area or vertical.
Award: Free Annual Licensing
Blue Level
- Learning: Complete Strategy School.
- Speaking: *Make a PROGRESS presentation (3 hours+) to a local
division of a national corporation or similar organization (not affiliated).
- Marketing: *Start running local business or vertical advertising.
- Sales: Average sales of over $250 per month for three months.
- Writing: Start writing your own strategy book.
- Participation: Make a joint presentation with another Institute trainer or
professional speaker.
- New Trainers: Sponsor a new trainer who will work with you in your local
market or vertical.
Award: Science of Strategy Branch Agreement
Red Level
- Learning: Learn and offer all standard classes.
- Presentation: *Complete a multiday workshop.
- Audience: *Make your first presentation to the general public.
- Marketing: *Advertise your standard classes to the public.
- Sales: Average sales of over $500 per month for three months.
- Writing: Start writing your own strategy courseware for the Institute, for which you can start receiving certification commissions.
- Participation: Book a high-level presentation that Gary can join you in.
- New Trainers: Move your sublicensed trainer to higher levels.
Award: Membership in the Black Council
