  14. Speaking:  *Make a TAILORED positioning presentation to a local business or similar organization.
  15. Marketing: Complete Publicity Package Checklist.
  16. Sales: Average sales of $100 per month for three months.
  17. Writing: POST an article on news (Warrior Class) or training (Strategy School) blogs.
  18. Participation: Co-host during a trainer teleconference or other strategy teleseminar.
  19. New Trainers: *Start promoting the SOSI Trainers' Program to others in your area or vertical.
    Award: Free Annual Licensing

    Blue Level
  20. Learning: Complete Strategy School.
  21. Speaking:  *Make a PROGRESS presentation (3 hours+) to a local division of a national corporation or similar organization (not affiliated).
  22. Marketing: *Start running local business or vertical advertising.
  23. Sales: Average sales of over $250 per month for three months.
  24. Writing: Start writing your own strategy book.
  25. Participation: Make a joint presentation with another Institute trainer or professional speaker.
  26. New Trainers: Sponsor a new trainer who will work with you in your local market or vertical.
    Award: Science of Strategy Branch Agreement

    Red Level
  27. Learning: Learn and offer all standard classes.
  28. Presentation:  *Complete a multiday workshop.
  29. Audience: *Make your first presentation to the general public.
  30. Marketing: *Advertise your standard classes to the public.
  31. Sales: Average sales of over $500 per month for three months.
  32. Writing: Start writing your own strategy courseware for the Institute, for which you can start receiving certification commissions.
  33. Participation: Book a high-level presentation that Gary can join you in.
  34. New Trainers:  Move your sublicensed trainer to higher levels.
    Award: Membership in the Black Council
