Apprentice Trainers
The Apprentice
Trainer program is designed to get people into training who have little or no
previous experience in the business. Apprentice Trainers typically have had some
success in business and are comfortable making business presentations but don’t
charge for training. Apprentice Trainers work under the guidance of a Master
Trainer and may or may not run their own businesses, depending upon the Master
Trainer relationship.
Apprentice
Trainers are expected to work their way up through the program. Our original
path for Apprentices, before we had Master Trainers,
is described here, but the Institute no longer
works directly with Apprentices. Each Master can develop his or her own such program.
Generally, apprentices can only offer training products based upon their
knowledge and skill.
Unlike Masters and Independents, Apprentices
may or may not “own” their training customers, depending on their relationship
with their Master Trainer. They may work as part of the Master’s organization
rather than have their own customers. The Institute does not provide any leads
to Apprentices.
Obviously, Apprentice Trainers cannot train
other trainers to work as part of their business, nor does the Institute refer
apprentice applicants to them.
Apprentice Trainers can represent
themselves as a “Licensed Trainer of the Science of Strategy Institute” and use
the logos and materials provided for all trainers only after they have been certified
to do so by their Masters.
Apprentice Trainers must follow the operational
guidelines determined by their personal Masters.
