Before you get involved with the Institute as one of our trainers, at any level, you should understand our role.

The Institute is primarily a licensing organization and publishing company. It provides the core functions that are impractical or expensive to duplicate in every local area. It is responsible for standardizing materials (courseware, workbooks, videos, etc.), communicating information and leads, and supporting local sales efforts. It physically manufactures and distributes all physical products (books, workbooks, courseware, tests, CDs, DVDs, brochures, etc.) worldwide.

The Institute maintains the corporate web site, which links to its local Master Trainer web sites. It handles web sales for physical products shipped within the United States and operates all on-line training sites. It owns the Science of Strategy brand identity. It directly licenses all trainers. It pays royalties to trainers who develop new courses and tools. It registers and certifies individuals who have completed training and maintains the central certification database.

The Institute will host regular meetings for its trainers. These meeting will introduce existing trainers to new products and programs and gather feedback from trainers regarding the future direction of the organization. Separate train-the-trainer sessions will be held at these meetings for new Master and Independent Trainers.

The Institute plays no role in managing trainers or the training organization at any level. We provide product and support.

We do not provide training to compete with our trainers. Gary Gagliardi makes a limited number of personal presentations, usually at large corporate events, often to test materials, but we do not market this as training. Ideally, most of Gary’s presentation will be to support the sales efforts of trainers, who have the time to get involved with specific customers on an ongoing basis.
