Day One: Strategic Analysis

Because most of this workshop revolves around group discussion and other activities, this same material can be use in programs from 3-7 hours.; It's lend depends solely on the amount of time you allot to the various activities.  The results of many of these activities can and probably should be gathered into a strategic analysis document. Longer sessions will result in more finished analysis.
